Michael Kelly (he/him) is a Las Vegas–based dancer, teacher, and choreographer. He is currently dancing in VEGAS! The Show and serves as the contemporary ballet teacher for Celebrity Conventions. He holds a BFA in Dance from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and has received additional training from Hubbard Street Dance Chicago and Grand Rapids Ballet School.
Michael has performed nationally and internationally, including with the Moulin Rouge in Paris, France. During his time in Paris he was featured as a Can-Can soloist in La Grande Soirée à Fontainebleau, a televised New Year’s Eve celebration in France. Additional professional credits include Rambert Dance Company in London, England, WOW – The Vegas Spectacular at the Rio Las Vegas, Extravaganza at the Jubilee Theater in Las Vegas, and the White Light Festival at Lincoln Center, performing alongside Kidd Pivot in Crystal Pite’s work.
Michael has performed repertoire by choreographers including Bobbi Jene Smith, Andrea Miller, Jermaine Spivey, Ohad Naharin, Loni Landon, and Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui. Beyond performing, Michael is a dedicated educator who teaches and choreographs frequently throughout the USA. Teaching credits include Las Vegas Arts Academy and Live Arts, with a focus on guiding pre-professional dancers as they bridge the gap between training and the professional dance world.
